Purple velvet and satin gown worn by Padme in Episode II, The dress features and overcoat with a lighter purple satin under dress. The sleeves of the overcoat are open and reach nearly to the ground. The skirt is full with a tule lined slip to make the dress stand away from the body.  To keep the cost down, I don't use velvet for the dress, but will if you want to pay for the additional cost of the fabric.  The dress is custom made to your measurements.
